Vocational Mentorship – Nurses

Nursing is by its very nature stressful. Nurses need to be observant, responsive, accurate and compassionate. In fact, it is a profession where being in the present moment is a vitally important.

Nurses work hard, be it physically, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually and spiritually often with little thought of themselves or of self-care. Over time this can lead to burn out and work dissatisfaction. COVID-19 has exacerbated this experience.

Understanding how stress can be managed simply and effectively, is a key step towards feeling more in control and fulfilled no matter the profession.
